I use a hobby grade machine. I use nothing but a bit of denatured alcohol to act as a coolant. See for aluminum you don't need lubrication so much because it is a softer metal. When aluminum gets warm it starts to get gummy. When it gets gummy it sticks to the end mill. When the flutes clog up, they can't cut and the end mill breaks.
